Who We Are

We are a husband and wife team who both grew up in family businesses and were part of their eventual sale to private equity and strategic buyers. We know the impact these transitions have on staff, customers and the communities they serve.

Our experience includes sales and marketing, software implementation and operations. We’ve worked in startups, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies including Salesforce, as well as at multiple Canadian banking institutions. Our customers have included management consulting firms, construction companies, large-scale manufacturers, municipal and provincial governments and services businesses.

We work with transitioning owners and their leadership teams to bring coaching and team support, a clear sales and marketing playbook, and financial support including access to capital to fuel growth.
