Who We Are

We grew up in family businesses and are deeply passionate about the transformative role of small business in growing a healthy, robust and innovative economy.

Graham got his start working in his grandmother’s eyewear store, learning first-hand the importance of great customer service and strong relationships. With over a decade of experience in enterprise technology sales, Graham has held sales executive positions at Fortune 500 organizations including Salesforce, as well as at multiple Canadian banking institutions. 

He has deep expertise in AI-powered productivity and digital transformation, enabling his clients to improve their customer’s experiences and increase innovation in workplace collaboration.

Heather is an operational leader, bringing experience working with startups and small businesses across Canada in the technical, services and manufacturing sectors. Her career has included leading cross-functional teams, coaching and supporting leaders, overseeing P&L and managing budgets, and fuelling the growth of businesses through clear strategy, partnerships and raising capital.
