Graham got his start working in his grandmother’s eyewear store, learning first-hand the importance of great customer service and strong relationships. He went on to lead sales and marketing at some of the most respected organizations in Canada, including Salesforce, Gartner, and major Canadian banks.
Heather began in operations as a teenager in her mother’s rehabilitation services business. Over the last decade she’s worked as a consultant and in leadership roles helping dozens of growing businesses secure strategic funding, identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships to respond to proposals, RFPs and other opportunities.
