Who We Are

We grew up in family business and are deeply passionate about the transformative role of small business in growing a healthy, robust and innovative economy.

Graham got his start working in his grandmother’s eyewear store, learning first-hand the importance of great customer service and strong relationships. With over a decade of experience in enterprise technology sales, Graham has held sales executive positions at Fortune 500 organizations including Salesforce, as well as at multiple Canadian banking institutions. 

He has deep expertise in AI-powered productivity and digital transformation, enabling his clients to improve their customer’s experiences and increase innovation in workplace collaboration.

Heather is an operational leader with deep experience working with and in startups and small businesses across Canada. Her career has included leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, building customer success systems, and accessing non-dilutive funding and partnerships to fuel growth. This breadth gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on people, systems, and how to build companies.

As the founder of Studio HLC, Heather has helped companies in the technical, services and manufacturing sectors grow by accessing non-dilutive capital, strengthening their business models, and accelerating revenue strategies. She excels at directing resources toward revenue generation, improving internal processes, and aligning diverse stakeholders around clear, achievable goals.
