Who We Are

We're Heather and Graham - a husband and wife team based in Calgary who both grew up in family-owned businesses and were part of their eventual sale. We know what those transitions feel like from the inside: the uncertainty, the trust required, and what it takes to get them right.

We've spent the past two decades working across corporate, consulting and small business environments. Heather in strategy, operations, and digital transformation, with clients in manufacturing and professional services; Graham in sales and marketing, building and implementing sales playbooks most recently with teams at leading enterprise software companies. Together, we bring the operational range to run a business well and the personal conviction to run it responsibly.

We are backed by institutional investors focused on Canadian business transitions, and supported by an advisory team with deep experience in M&A and industry operations.
